Travelling west bound
from Derby along the main A50 Derby to Stoke dual carriageway, look
for the slip road signposted 'Doveridge' approximately a quarter of
a mile west (further on) from the traffic island junction with the
A515 Lichfield Road. Exit at this slips road and follow the signs
for Doveridge. You follow this road for approximately two miles into
Doveridge Village.
Ashmore is
located on your right hand side one hundred metres past the turning
for Lewis Transport Services.
Travelling east bound along the
A50 from the Stoke on Trent direction, keep straight on at both of
the Uttoxeter traffic islands, following the signs for Derby.
You will then drive over the
River Dove bridge and see Doveridge signposted a quarter of a mile
along the road.
Exit onto this slip road and at
its end, turn right. A short distance further along the road is a
traffic island signposted Sudbury, turn left here on
to Derby Road and Ashmore is on your left
approximately a quarter of a mile further along the road just past a
large set of wrought iron gates.
If you are travelling
South from Ashbourne on the A515, go straight on at the
first traffic island (at Sudbury Prison), then take the second exit,
signposted Doveridge, at the second traffic island.
If you are travelling
North from Lichfield on the A515, after you go over the
River Dove bridge (traffic lights here), take the next turning on
your left signposted 'Sudbury'. After driving through Sudbury
village you emerge at a traffic island, take the first exit
signposted 'Doveridge'.
In both cases, follow the road
into Doveridge village (two miles from the traffic island) and
Ashmore is located on your right hand side approximately 100 metres
from the entrance to Lewis Transport. |
